The Uji matcha black sesame tart offers a harmonious blend of flavors from both healthy ingredients, Matcha and black sesame, at minimum sweetness.
 
It consist of a creamy and smooth Uji matcha mousse, a light and fluffy black sesame Chantilly, distinct nutty taste from sesame nougatine, soft and airy black sesame sponge, lastly, the matcha crumbly tart crust complements the other elements in the entremets.
